Corporate Event Venue in Mount laurel, nj
Corporate meetings and business events in mount laurel, nj
Flexible South Jersey meeting space with professional amenities, full catering, and optional golf outings.
For companies weighing corporate event venue options in New Jersey, Ramblewood Country Club in Mount Laurel is the alternative to a hotel conference floor. The club sits on 27 holes off Country Club Parkway, three minutes from the Route 73 and I-295 interchange. Breakfast meetings, all-day training sessions, sales kickoffs, board dinners and holiday parties all run out of the same room.
Catering is in-house and priced per person, so budgets are simple to build. An Eye-Opener continental breakfast runs $18 per person and the Gourmet Breakfast Buffet — scrambled eggs, applewood bacon, French toast, NY-style bagels — is $30. Lunch is $30 for the salads, wraps and sandwiches spread or $38 to build your own buffet. A Deluxe Dinner buffet is $46.
Flexible corporate event packages
The Grande Ballroom takes a full-company meeting or banquet of 200 or we have other event spaces for smaller gatherings. Audio-visual equipment for slideshow presentations is available on request and complimentary Wi-Fi covers the venue. Our in-house kitchen provides all of the catering you need to make your event stand out.
Networking add-ons attach to any package, including our Happy Hour block, which runs $20 per person for an hour or $25 for ninety minutes and includes a hydration station and passed hors d’oeuvres — coconut shrimp, vanilla maple bourbon pork belly, chicken and lemongrass potstickers, mini French onion soup boules. A beer and wine open bar is $15, $18 or $20 per person for two, three or four hours, with a premium liquor upgrade available. For morning events, a mimosa or sangria bar is $10 per person and a Bloody Mary bar is $12.
Add golf to your event
The 27-hole championship course is the reason most companies pick Ramblewood over a conference center. Pair a morning meeting with an afternoon shotgun, or run golf-based team-building for a group where half the room has never held a club. Three nine-hole combinations mean a scramble can be sized to the day.
